Today is Nov 2nd and I am starting my journey to lose my additional 25-30 pounds. I really need prayer right now, I am struggling -
Since I lost my 20 pounds I have pretty much maintained, but I know I need to lose the additional pounds.
I have a co worker who is wanting and needing to lose weight as well, I want to set a good example for her and told her we would do this together! I need to exercise but having a hard time brining myself to do it. Why is this so difficult for me?

20 pounds is where I start to lose the motivation too. I'm just starting a diet (again) and I need to lose 50 pounds. I have read to re-adjust your plan when you hit that plateau. For example, I'm on a 1,200 calorie per day diet now but when I hit the plateau, I may switch over to a low carb diet until I drop some more. Then switch over again. I think variety may be key. You and your body will get bored with the same routine. Try mixing it up with me!
