A little discouraged today. After gaining almost 20 lbs (up to 210.3 from 190.6) on vacation, and then dropping back down to 197.6 on Monday, I have seen slight increases the last 2 days despite having significant calorie deficits both days. Just gotta keep grinding and get back to my pre-vacation activity levels. I know it will eventually show up. On another note, I did bring my Fitbit Aria scale back to China with me so I am getting the body fat % reading which is 24.8%. So I continue my march towards 175.
