Last week was an okay week. I gave up going to Olive Garden with my husband and daughter because I knew I would go over my calorie count yesterday. I exercised Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Hoping for a good week this week although I may have to go to Memphis to train Thursday-Friday and will have very little control over my food. I am doing aquatics tomorrow, exercise routine (designed by personal trainer) on Tuesday and Wednesday and then incumbent bike for 30 minutes on Thursday. I am so thankful for the Diabetes Prevention Program our YMCA has which has enabled me to join the Y free!
