weight not going anywhere oh well. sticking with program . been craving broccli and strawberries . nothing wrong with that , still low carb. salmon was satisfying for supper. guess my body just wants to stay at this weight for a while. i know that i've been feeling tired lately. take my vitamins. just wish i was in the green zone

You're not going to mix the broccoli and strawbs in a salad together, are you? The green zone takes time. Relax and try to stay as consistent as possible. It's worth it.

I make my own lox from wild-caught sockeye salmon. Ridiculously easy when you use a vacuum sealer. Salmon is rich in omega-3 oils, and just friggin tastes good! I save the skins to grill over coals. Salmon chips anyone?
