When everyone is talking about what they are having for dinner and I'm thinking that if I can find my can opener, I can have chicken vindaloo but what I really want is Runza's chicken strips with crinkle cut fries and Jalapeneo Ranch dipping sauce.

Real food, I say again, that came straight from earth and sea, kissed by the sun with as little processing as possible. Your health depends upon it!

Well, I did resist it. I remembered where I put the can opener so I could find the stuff for vindaloo. I just didn't realize how many carbs were in tomatoes. I usually don't think of them as a high sugar food.
