I am really happy with this weigh in ,made it through Thanksgiving without gaining(hard).did have two very small pieces of pumpkin pie and Margo's pumpkin cheesecake was the bomb.Had a wonderful thanksgiving.10 lbs this month is good for me at this rate I should see 1derland(below)200,by Valentines day woohoo!!!haven't been in onederland since 1998.
