Hello Everyone:
Hello Fall. I am enjoying this beautiful fall weather and am looking forward to getting back into a normal routine. My husband had back surgery and I was caregiver for awhile and he was off work for 5 weeks, which through my already out of wack routine even more out of wack. But he is back to work and healing okay. So I can get back into my work out routine. Just trying to get my head wrapped around it. I have been doing lots of walking/running this summer, but have gotten away from my strength training. Time to make up with Jillian Michaels and start working out with the DVDs again. I'll make a work out chart for October and maybe that will help. If you haven't done that, try it out, it does help. I am not a morning person but like to work out in the morning, gives me more energy throughout the day. So helps me to just look at the chart and see what I need to do that day and keep things different so it "confuses the muscles". Makes them work harder.

Anyway, that's about all. I work for WW PT and one of my members is at lifetime but wants to lose 7 more pounds and I am in the same boat, so she has challenged me to see who can get there first. We made a SMART goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound), approximately 1 lb a week. Trying to get to our stretch goal by my birthday or the WW meeting before my birthday November 16th. Off to a good start! Lost 1.8 this week.
