My best friend is moving to another city for a new job. We did a lot of packing. I didn't fast yesterday. I ate more than usual but moderately, I drank a lot of tea and herbal tea which kinda bloated me. I could only sleep 3.5 hours at saturday night but slept fine last night around 10.5 hours. I've not been able to properly track my food log. I had a walk yesterday, but it was shorter than usual. I weighed myself in the evening, I was 92.1Kg's and 89.9Kg's this morning. Leaving your daily routine and order might mess things up. My bed time is back in order. I resumed IF yesterday evening, still having keto meals in the evening. Everything will hopefully be back on track untill tomorrow.
