I know that I have faltered and I blew my diet over and over again! I kept reasoning with myself to go back to F.S. but, I also had argued with myself, that tomorrow, I can do this! I didn't!! I kept on eating! I am back. I need to record my food intake-(calories) and get back to eating right! To my buddies, I hope that I am an example of what can happen when we think that we can eat, cheat, and blow it. I, we-gain weight! I am here to say that, I need my friends to help me get back on the right tract! I am sad today for the weight that I have gradually gained!
