Moved more this week and I wonder if that is what finally got the scale moving. I did get more water in this week, but still need to work on this. Have I mentioned how much I hate to exercise? I am a lazy slug!

Lol! Great job from one lazy slug to another. seriously, i'd rather get a Root canal than exercise and that's mostly cause i'd be lying down for it. i think more water does help though. i struggle with water intake too. when i get it in, i lose more weight it seems.

I hate to exercise, too! I mostly just walk outside. Sometimes if I remind myself to pay attention to my surroundings when I'm out, then I actually enjoy it!

I don't know why but I like doing things for someone else, but I am so lazy at home. I only do what absolutely has to be done. cook wash dished wash clothes sweep and vacuum . If my friend needs window washed or floor mopped I am right there. so I am really not lazy I just don't like to work at home. lol
