I had 2 KFC chicken tenders yesterday late at night so no guessing why I did not lose weight . After eating totally clean for last 2 days I could taste all the oil in the tenders and the Chicken I bought was pretty poor tasting with too much fat. Long story short for the first time I think in my life I did not appreciate sub-par food with high fat content. It felt as if I had dirtied my body. If I did not have work to do I would have walked to burn off that junk. Anyway puts me in a predicament of what do I like.
