I realize I need to punch it up at this point in my program. Its been 6 weeks and I've been dancing around the same weight for about 3 weeks. I should be down about 4 more pounds by now and that is just a moderate amount of weight loss of 1.5 per week. Ive been having trouble stopping myself in the afternoons again and also am not having a salad lunch. I got all excited last week and went to two new classes at the gym, but got a terrible cough and couldn't go this week. Did get out today despite rain, and walked. The fresh air and a challenging hill got my heart pumping and I actually feel a bit better.
