It was cold here today only in the 30s this evening, so we had homemade chicken soup for dinner. Made a individual romaine salads and cut up 1/4 of a left-over Parmesan crusted chicken each bowl. Tossed in 5 croutons, chopped celery, red peppers and cucumber in mine. It was great!
