Don't know where I caught it' but last night came down with a stuffy head and sore throat. Equate Nighttime didn't help; still feeling bad today.
Was running around all day with my husband; hoped fresh air would help. Heated up some of my chicken soup for dinner; hope it helps!

One good thing happened today; found an interest article on MSN Lifestyle. Title is "12 ways to boost your metabolism as you age." Some of it I already knew and have to strength those precepts. New to me was #1. "Eat in PFC Balance" and will try it. It is "eating a combination protein, fat, and carbs every few hours to keep your blood sugar stable and metabolism turned on."
My favorite thing to do is learning some new every day and I accomplished it today.
