Great day! Going to bed knowing I did a great job today! Yay! My two-day ridiculous splurge is over... That was completely not worth it. Why did I do that?? The restaurant was good, but other than that, I was just shoveling junk in my face without thought to so much as taste. I better start my "girl-time" soon, or that was just plain uncalled for. Have to get to the bottom of why I do that. I really wanted chocolate and peanut butter. I should have just gotten a recess pb cup and counted the calories for lunch or something...Who knows. Glad I'm solidly back on track.
