I told myself I will weigh in every Monday. After The CRAZY Thanksgiving week where I gained a lot, this Monday, I did ok and dropped a bit. I have been getting more exercise in, adding about an hour a night on my recumbent bike as I catch up on episodes of Homeland.
But I did jump on the scale and though I won't post it until Monday, I am doing well.
