Water Fast Day #4 I'm having some hot lemon water during the day, the help the detoxing process. I hate waking up at night to go to the washroom, but drinking lots of water is very important during a Water Fast I guess. My Ketosis this morning was between small and moderate but I think it was not precise, since I'm drinking so much water. Happy Wednesday everyone!
