Since I am running a 10K in May, I started a little jogging again yesterday. Not much but I have to start somewhere. Hoping to add a little more today and each day as I go along. The ground is still covered in snow, but the rain has begun so that means all exercise is still indoors. But I don't mind, I love the snow!
