Write a victory journal, even if it's eating two cookies instead of 4...1/3/12 went up and down the stairs until I got breathless or out of breath. I drank 5 cups of water so far today. Write a list of what is most important to you: YOU shoud be first, but then husband and family. After losing for 8 weeks in a row, do I want to go on a shopping spree? I just want to be able to put my wedding ring back on my ring finger for starters!

Notes from a Weight Watchers meeting: Talk positive self-talk like You're a gem. You always give your best effort. You can do it. I love me. I'm proud of myself. You look marvelous. Don't focus on what you have to give up.
