Woot! I made it back down to my pre-holiday weight. It's a little bit frustrating to have lost the momentum I had going. But, considering that most people gain a couple pounds between Thanksgiving and Christmas, I suppose I should feel pretty good about breaking even by January 4th.
Some of my shirts seem to be getting a little bit looser, too. It could be all in my head, but it feels good anyway.
OK, 2012, bring it on.
