Bummer, I have been doing my exercise and watching what I eat. This definitely is a journey to figure myself out. It should be lower since I worked on tweaking things last week, but it's not. It also could be the amount of salt that I had yesterday...
Since I really feel that I am eating pretty well, i am going to work on making sure that I am eating the correct amount and that I am hungry when i do eat. I really try, last night hubby sat down with a box of chocolate pieces and asked if i wanted some and i was able to say no and was just fine. That is huge for me because before I would not have made that decision.

Right?!! Although I do have to say that I have lost count, well over 20 times today, that I have gone to the bathroom, so I am hoping that some of that weight was water weight and is now gone.
