Today doesn't feel quite right, for some reason. It's nothing I can put my finger on, but something is off, or maybe just a bit weird. Physically, I'm feeling great, and I'm having a pretty good day.

Normally, by the time Friday rolls around, I'm really looking forward to the weekend. But today, for some reason, it just hasn't sunk in to my brain that it's really Friday. Maybe it's just the short week because the office was closed on Monday. Or, maybe it's the weather.

I broke below 235 this morning, which is the "skinniest" I have been since 2010, at least. I'm feeling pretty good about that, like I'm actually accomplishing something. It shouldn't be too long before I meet my first mini-goal at 225.

I think I'm going to start recording my weigh-ins every day, since the Wii Fit takes one every morning anyway. Maybe it will help me figure out how to keep the daily fluctuations to a minimum.
