Well I finally got my guy to workout with me, yesterday we did 2miles run and 1.6mile walk and when i was tired he got right behind me and pushed me (literally) then he found a tree where i could reach the limb and began me on pullups!! that was scary!! and embrassing! but it gave me a goal to go towards. I have my work cut out for me. Then when I couldn't even attempt to pull myself anymore then he got out the weights 20lbs each and we did a whole series of arm workout. I couldn't even push one pushup out in the end.
well today worked all day came home and did 20min on treadmill, did a few fast spirnts but my chins are bothering my today did pushups (a few) and situps.
Don't get it I have been watching what I eat and drinking plenty of water and the weight will not come down and I really need it to or Ill be looking at having to bench a 200lb bar for the test!!!!yuckssss

Hi Anicolet, It sounds that you are doing the best you can, the weight should come off unless you are overeating. Good luck!
