Well I finally got my guy to workout with me, yesterday we did 2miles run and 1.6mile walk and when i was tired he got right behind me and pushed me (literally) then he found a tree where i could reach the limb and began me on pullups!! that was scary!! and embrassing! but it gave me a goal to go towards. I have my work cut out for me. Then when I couldn't even attempt to pull myself anymore then he got out the weights 20lbs each and we did a whole series of arm workout. I couldn't even push one pushup out in the end. well today worked all day came home and did 20min on treadmill, did a few fast spirnts but my chins are bothering my today did pushups (a few) and situps. Don't get it I have been watching what I eat and drinking plenty of water and the weight will not come down and I really need it to or Ill be looking at having to bench a 200lb bar for the test!!!!yuckssss wish me luck not giving up!!!!!!!

Hi Anicolet, It sounds that you are doing the best you can, the weight should come off unless you are overeating. Good luck!
