Okay, new day. I'm still holding steady, that 182 is being resistant, but I'm going to win. I decided today instead of getting on the computer first thing every morning and next thing you know it's 2 hours later, first thing's COFFEE, then exercise, then house work, then play time. Let's see, in the 10 years I've had a computer I've average gaining 5 pounds a year in the 10 years I've been married and that's lack of exercise, and this thing. Don't get me wrong it's fun, but it's a real time killer. So, new rules, new body, new weight. Fun time will be limited. Cheers all, here's to The New........=)

know what you mean, i spend wayyyyy too much time on this thing!!! you'd think after so many years .. it would get old??? LOL. Still can't believe how well you are doing! ;)

Dang Choth! You are beginning to be my new inspiration! the computer in the morning takes precedence over my responsibilities as well. I just love to wake up like that...coffee in hand, still in PJ's, smiling at what you all write! I'm considering changing my routine too. Another problem that pops out at me, is the caffeine from the 2 cups of coffee I have every morning. So, I made the move to cut out coffee 6 days ago and went to Decaf. I bought a really fancy kind of decaf at the store, and it's so good that I can hardly tell the difference! I guess we'll soon see if caffeine was inhibiting my weight loss like the experts say, huh? Do me a favor, and keep inspiring me! send me a letter that's kicking my butt into gear. How about you assign me a list of work-out duties? don't be cheap and go easy on me either. It's all or nothing!!

Me neither, I'm on a mission, and plan on finishing this time, I'm only getting older, don't want to be sitting here when I'm 50 and still trying to do what I was trying to do at 20,30,now 48, sad huh, that's why there's no more time left for failure, this is it gang, I plan on being 150 or less by time I'm 50, I've got almost 2 years, and why drag it out, the sooner I do it the better I'll feel. So there, that's my goal. Think I just might get up in the morning and let the Pilates tape kick my butt, and it will, but that's what it's for I guess. It's good to trick the body and change thing's around once in a while. To EXERCISE, -- IT DOES A BODY GOOD !!!!

Hey BadAndee, let me know how the no caffine does, it's actually something I can live without, but it's just a habit in the morning. I really haven't been drinking pop or coffee the rest of the day. If I get tired, I'll pull some carrots out or something like that, it helps. Ya gotta listen to the body to ya know.
