I need some advice from you guys. First here is a little bit about me and what i am doing:

-I take 3 different medications for depression and ADHD (Zoloft, Wellbutrin, Adderall). I just started taking Wellbutrin and it has been less than a month.

-I take a ton of vitamins and herbal supplements

-I try to keep my calories under 1500 a day

-I have a 40-hour desk job

-I have a 15-hour Retail sales floor job

-I am starting back up full time in college in April (Mentioning this cause time is limited)

-I just got engaged so slowly planning a wedding for end of next year

-I am working on a blog that hasn't seen a lot of my attention lately

So lately, my whole body just aches and feel sore but I don't work out. I can't seem to "find the time" to work out or I am "too tired" and rather nap when I get home from work. I really want to be at 130lb by the end of the year but also be on my way of toning up. I don't want a quick fix, I want a lifestyle change that I can keep to. I tend to ignore my hunger during the day since I can focus on my work and Adderall takes away my hunger. I am extremely defiant in iron and victim d but I just started working on fixing that. So I guess what I am asking is, what do I do. What habits can I start to create that will help me continue this path. I need help....

Hi. I think from everything you've said, you have a right to be exhausted. About 1.5 years ago, I had a vitamin D deficiency. Mine was found when I was in the ER for unrelated problem. I know that after taking massive amounts of "D", I slowly became stronger. I hope that as your body builds to the right amount for you, that you also find it easier to keep on track. I also took Wellbutrin over 10 years ago to quit smoking. For me it was a miracle. After multiple tries struggling to quit, this was great. Not only did I quit smoking, but my appetite was suppressed and instead of gaining weight, I lost. I hope that these meds help you as well. I think that you will do great. You seem like a hard working, dedicated person. Congrats on your upcoming wedding. Just try to not overstress. Kathryn

Thank you for the kind words. I am really hoping wellbutrin helps not just my depression but other "personal" aspects of it as well. The weightloss will be a bonus. I just really want to be off zoloft so only three more weeks to go!

Wow, I'm exhausted just reading your "to do" list. What lifestyle change do you want? I agree, drop the non essentials, find some "me" time, if only 20 min a day, whatever form that may be -- a nap is probably needed so don't begrudge that. Can U make yourself some portable healthy snacks, or pick them up at the store? U need to sustain, while you work -- UR brain needs protein and carbs. Have mini meals while U work. Do you work thru your lunch time? how bout' your "me" time then, yoga , meditation, practice gratitude, journaling. jsut some long-winded ideas. AND, Congratulations on the engagement!
