Seems I may be under-estimating my food portions. I'm still losing but at a slower rate. I also notice significantly that if I don't eat during the day, I'm starving when I get home and eat more than I should. Which then sits on my hips as I sleep. I'm going to stick really close to my diet this week. AND I'm going to take snacks to work that are appropriate. AND I joined the No Chocolate Challenge *because I like to eat a piece of chocolate at night so I will cut that out. We will see:))
