I have let myself down. I stopped logging my food, I haven't really worked out. I haven't done anything to really help myself. Time to hold myself accountable. I need to keep moving forward.

It can be so hard, I flip flop myself and come up with excuse after excuse, my new determination is to get up and walk every time the candy around my desk tempts me... I sure am getting a lot of steps in. We have to keep reminding ourselves why we are doing this...why health is so important.

I have to stop eating the office donuts and talking myself out of working out. I made my fiance get up with me this morning before work at go to the gym with me for 30 minutes.

money keeps me going my back is bad from the weight i need to work full shifts. also using supplement and don't want to wast my money by cheeting :)

well, folks... my advice to one and all ..... is this......... YES,,, it is hard to change.. very hard.. but it can be done.. because I have done it..not braggin' no way,,, just know it CAN BE DONE... but not unless you set your mind to it.. AND YOU CAN DO IT........ for me... I got tired of starting over on my low carb all the time,, and it taking so long to get back to where I worked so hard to get to...so... I decided.. what I call REGULAR FOODS.. meaning the old way of eating... WAS KILLIN' ME.. so I started reading every single label.. set my carbs in my head about 20 a day... I do not keep track.. I do not make adjustments.. and god knows.. after 2 chemo's... and I stayed true to my eating all thu that mess....and stem cell transplant... what a night mare.. but I MADE IT.. thank you lord.. Drink my water.. about 3 qts a day ,, my black coffee,, lot's of it and sweet Hot or unsweet Iced tea at times... depends on the weather on that one... I cook all my own foods... going out to eat was not working,,, even when I made good choices..not sure what they put in it to make it taste good but .....up went the scales....now,, that aint good...but that is what it does to me... at 73,,, I do not work out... I just never stop.. you do not catch me setting down much....I stay busy.. love to cook, sew, can, do laundry.. yep and hang them out too.... shop for low carb foods.. make a lot of my own cleaning things and love to do it..like I said ..I stay busy... and I do slip in a Bullet Proof Coffee in the mornings.. I tell my girls.. put the meat in the crock pot ..go out to work?? when you come home fix some veggie sides... have a salad made for several days....I make oil / vinegar dressings put some herbs in and splenda to take the bite off that vinegar.. and no carbs...Store bought is way to high in carbs for me...............so yes ... folks it can be done and not fast either. You did not put that on in a flash so do not think it will come off in a flash it takes one hour, day, night, week, just do as you should for you.... let the others do as they will ... they will also do everything they can to get you to DeRail.. no joke.. they will........ so look at there foods .. AS POISON TO YOU... really helps.. fill up on foods YOU CAN HAVE.. yes,,,folks I buy my EGGS.... 10 DOZ AT A TIME... I got a back porch fridge for my veggies and eggs and things I can use and have.... I do keep hard boiled eggs at all times sure makes a good snack..also glad I still love my eggs.. cause I been at this a long long time.... I use to weight 358 pounds.. I set here this am...143 pounds and I do love my size 10 jeans........after being really big all my life.. this does feel good... all my numbers are down where they should be.. finally.. and I am cancer free at this time... THANK YOU LORD.. so,, one could say I been thu hell and 1/2 of GA and feel great.. SO I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT.... .. but again I have a motto JUST KEEP ON KEEPIN' ON.. day after day and let the body do what it need to do on its own.. do not try to rush things as that is a sure way to get DeRailed... have a super day..
