Kind of getting sick of this. Need to find some motivation. My diet is working :) but I just feel bored with my exercise routine. I need to find something else to do? Maybe shake it up? but I don't want to miss out. Maybe I just need to stay the course.

Exercise is hard enough without it being boring- try switching up the routine, adding some fun music, getting pumped. If you're getting bored, chances are your body is getting bored as well and you will soon plateau!

Yea, I run and do strength training/circuit dvds. Today I tried yoga. It was interesting. I did feel it in my muscles. I might add it a couple of times a week. I change up my workout dvds all the time. I love the eliptical. Hopefully, i will get one this year. Bob Harper has some great dvd's out there that will kick your butt.
