My weight loss is slow but sure, and I know my eating habits in general have improved. I have found a few restaurants where I can get a "YOU" meal without a problem, and have been fairly vigilant about shopping for food ingredients that are compatible with the diet. If I was following perfectly, I think I would have lost more by now, but my goal is to eat better without feeling like I am "dieting". I have been pretty good about doing the YOU workout 3 times per week - and believe that I have tightened my butt and waist enough to make my pants droop from waist to hips!
