Should have gotten up for the gym this morning but got to bed late so will work out tomorrow for sure. I actually think until my knee is in better shape that every other day is plenty.

Doing really good on the diet, will be out of town this weekend and I will take my pre-measured food with me. Do not want to waver at all until I hit my goal.

I know there will be times that I can't be perfect but until then I am holding fast to my diet plan.

Will do my weekly official weigh-in tomorrow. I think I am doing well on the dieting, not too fast and not too slow.
