Thursday:Nicorett tic tacs for RLS, I tried it and slept like a baby....Its supposed to be safe...I dont care if I get addicted... the snow is all gone :( Peanut butter and banana is such a good rich and filling breakfast for under 300 calories and 30 carbs. I read on another dieting web site about this and they are right....it keeps you full for hours, and it is very rich and satifying. Creating a loud noise and acting like a crazed idiot sometimes does help...Its like the squeeky wheel really does get the greese. I got my hours back and there was a hint of a promotion... .....but I dont really feel that good about it because not all of us in our group of eight got theirs...I will still fight for them if they ask me but Im done making an ass out of myself. I know I can be loud and overbering at times but I just dont understand why some people wont stand up for themselves...they just let people walk all over them, complaining in safe places like the water cooler or the Wooden Chicken over drinks...but then they dont even come to Union meetings or if they do they dont speak up even in support of the people who are trying to speak for them....
Im big in my shoulders, chest and torso and wear a size 12 pant, while this other girl that I work with has small shoulders and almost flat chest and small waist, however her butt must be four feet accross, how do you account for that assuming we both started out with the same skeleton. I own it to genetics... but if this is the case do any of us even have a chance? do we all process calories differently? I like my shape better, Thats one good thing to feel good about.
They found the body of a child in the creek in Albany...The car got swept in a flash flood while coming out of a grocery store parking lot...and only two people got out alive . I havent heard how many people are still missing. It too sad to think about...I guess my problems with 50 lbs of lard-ass arent that important. Neither is having that apple fritter at the meeting.
