well I was doing okay until I woke up from a nap, I ate some chips and a few nutter butter cookies. I feel as though I will not be able to start eating better till after I get all the junk out of my house and I believe it to be true. I have a lot of junk in my house and not a lot of money to let food to go to waste. I need to just eat the junk in moderation and add more fruits and veggies into my diet. oh well. little by little i will get the junk out of the house. :) Everytime I go shopping for food I am going to only buy healthy food and no more junk food. I am hoping that making these small changes will make a big difference. I am also cutting out the fast food the best that I can, I think that this will help with my weight and with the wallet!

regardless of the cost - it's worse to eat the junk than toss it you've already spent that money .... shop lean eat lean to make up for it mc donald's is way more expensive fat and $$ wise than making breakfast at home
