Not sure what day to call this, but I will say day 19 of the start over....I am still concentrating really hard on the detox phase but not 100%, I have decided to start working out with a friend that has been professionally trained so I am eating mostly what is required in the detox phase along with small portions of meat each day. It is going great so far...I just got back from the gym and I am feeling wonderful! Don't know where the weight lies, but I am cool with it, I am more concentrating on toning my body to see just exactly where I stand right now....you know after you loose a lot of weight and you have that flab....got it and want to loose it now! Going to start working out with him 3 days a week and then doing the elliptical on the other 2 so we shall see where I stand. Going to do an official weigh in this weekend and record all of my measurements so that I have something to go by....I am lifting, but not a lot, just basically trying to tone up the body and see how bad it really is, who knows could be surprised and want to stay at 160....but only time will tell!
