I've been taking a little break from the diet. Nothing overboard, and still doing IF, but indulging a few cravings. April 1 marks one year since I began this journey, and will be the re-start date for the continuation.
As I look back, I'm grateful for all that I've learned, and for the immense support I've gotten here. I'm looking forward to continuing with my buddies on our journeys together.
Some of you might remember the link I posted to the flax bread. It's supposed to keep well in the refrigerator for up to a week. It doesn't. after 4 days, it starts getting slimy, and even toasting it doesn't help. Oh, well, the search continues.
I had a dream this morning in which I basically lost my mind. I'm pretty sure it's a reflection of the clutter in my environment. In the dream, I had to urgently call someone, and began digging through my purse for my phone. I came out with various assorted electronic devices, none of them mine! There was even the cordless handset for a landline phone. I must have had a dozen or more, but couldn't use any of them, because I no longer memorize phone numbers, and had no idea how to call the person in question. I was so thankful to wake up and realize it had only been a dream!
