Had a bad 2 days. Slight weight gain(mother natures gift to women). Keeping up with the exercise, staying under 20 grams of carbs. Feeling great and I visually see a difference in the way my clothes fit. Getting creative with my meals. Don't like the food journal on this website, it miscounts carbs, even when the nutrition label says zero. But that's OK, I'm good at reading labels. Weigh in on friday.
