Holy Moly what a weekend!!!!!!! Friday night a killed it at the gym w an hour of elliptical and weights for arms n chest. Saturday started out slow but decided to go on a 2 hour hike through.Brandywine Valley where we also flew a kite.....until it broke.....but hey, it felt so good to be outside in the sun and flying our kite! I ate out last night, and went all out w some nachos but I still didn't go over my RDI. I went way over what I've been eating though. After hiking and eating I went to go clean the office building I clean every weekend which I two hours of consistent movement. It's actually a good workout. I came home went to bed, woke up this am and did a 930 spinning class!!!! I about died but I kept up pretty well! Hope all this excercise translates into some weight loss!! I am busting my butt!!!!!
