So I managed my first fast.. just over 23 hours
Wasn't even hungry, but ate as I cooked for the family ( but no roasties or yorkies for me!)
It went better than I expected.. going through try again on Tuesday when I'm back at work.
Managed two walks today.. one with my partner and one with my daughter to see the bluebells.. they were gorgeous! Even tho my OH said it was like walking with a 70yr old woman 😂😂
But I have a real sense of achievement 😁
