Good morning Friends! I was expecting this gain. The Easter bunny was way to nice (or maybe mean) to me this weekend. Although I believe the gain is mostly from the ham we had yesterday, I still didn't eat well this week at all. Time to start concentrating again.

I decided not to enter all of the food I ate this weekend and I can tell it makes a difference. I found myself eating more junk food and having seconds of that junk food. It shows me that tracking your food really makes a difference.

My goal is to be down the weight I gained this week plus a pound more. Keep doing what works for you and stay strong.

the bunny needs shot, same thing here, I kept saying to myself food is too much money to toss leftovers out, so I ate them UGH, so today is a new day
