Someone asked me if i was gona eat a huge peice of cheese cake when i reached my goal...um NO! lol That kind of thinking is what got me to 225lbs! Funny that I didnt imagine food being the reward when I arrive at my goal- buying a new bathing suit and looking good - THAT is a reward! Look at me, I grew on the inside while shrinking on the outside! yay!
