Out of the 190's !!! Went to my weigh in tonight with my trainer and was excited to see 186 displayed on her scale when I stepped on it.
The week was had its challenges as far as food and making the right choices, but I'm happy I stayed on track, with only a few hiccups on days where I wasn't as organized as I would have liked to have been.
Exercise wise, I think the poor eating from the week before made the workouts more intense due to guilt. I busted my hump at the gym and my one night at the rink, I played my ass off and was determined to have an empty tank by the end of the ice time.
