Wednesday: I went to bed about 7:30 PM because I was really tired, but then the cat woke me up and I did not sleep at all after one AM. The street light kept me awake, because our blind was broken . I have a very busy day at work. I did very well on my diet and managed to stay away from the fudgesicles, the scale finally broke 189 pounds, 189.8. so maybe by the end of the week It will read 189 even . Thats what I am hoping for , at least 1 pound per week. I know I said I was only going to weigh once a month to keep from being discoraged but I couldnt do it. I got one on those new digital scales that weigh you in point something something pounds, and I got too curious. I am reading a book called the passage by justin cronin. It is really good (kind of stephen kingish) I havent had a chance to read too much for the last two and a half years becaouse I have been too busy with studying. Its kind of funny, I got so used to focusing on my studing I kind of miss it (see you can get used to unplesantish things) and find myself with nothing to do in my leasure hour or so at night. So now I am back to reading . B said here we go again you with a book glued to your face, Ha! not this time , this time its an IPad. Ebooks are so much cheaper, and for once in my life I dont have stacks of books by my side of the bed. I actually have room for a cup if tea...I discovered this tea from stach called Christmas eve, that doesnt have any caffieen in it so I can drink it at night and which me and the cat had this morning...its amazing how fast they get used to something..I wish I never would have picked up that brush the very first time.
I am going to buy some soups to eat for lunch on the weekends. They (progresso)are only 100 calories per serving and they fill you up because there is a lot of fluid in them. I am chasing my daily lunch with an ally capsule..so far no trouble with (undesirable)side effects. I know I am getting plenty of fat in my daily diet with my lean and green at night.I walked for 1 hour at lunch..finally a break in the weather which has been incessant rain. It was kind of tough to walk and my feet were burning at the end. But I guess it only gets eaiser, thats what I have heard, so if I keep trying I guess it will be eaiser next time.
I drank 64 ounces of water(fluid) today.
