friday - sunday 11/16-11/18
friday was my birthday...so for breakfast and lunch i did extremely well...dinner was done out and had grilled chicken with sundried tomato, basil and goat cheese with a oil and balsalmic vinegar dressing...about 5 bites of regular speghetti with pomodoro sause and a cup of soup...did have a whole desert 1/2 choc cake and 1/2 van with van pudding and fruit...water and tea to drink
saturday...was the first of 4 thanksgiving dinners...only had 16 tablespoons of food...a little of all...no gravy and 6 oz of turkey did do the dark meat...with wine...
sunday...was sicker than a dog...had oyster crackers and water...so calorie wise i was fine...carb wise not...but when i have a migrain headache the only thing i can keep in is crackers and water...

today and tomorrow will be "slow" days...it takes me a couple of days to recover from a migraine...but back on the diet...yeah
