Weigh was FABULOUS! Down 5.2! I followed the program 100% and increased my cardio! This week will be more trying. I have to go spend the night at my Mother's night. She is coming back for a few days. We are going shopping on Friday. I know I am not going to be able to stick to my regular workout routine but am focused to stay within my points! Hope everyone is having a GREAT week! :)
