Thank the Lord, I am Maintaining weight loss. Adding more food choices, in limited amounts. Again, the more that I eat, the more I want. But sure is good to enjoy something as simple as a few Graham Crackers with my evening coffee! Learning slowly how to maintain the weight and not gain back. 🙌
