I'd like to start baking again, but I can't stand the taste of granulated sweeteners. I'm curious if the products would still come out if I switched to liquid. My concern is that it would be lacking a substantial amount of ingredient 1/4c-1c and that whatever I choose to bake won't come out right. Any one have any experience/input on this?

I don't, but I'd suggest heading over to KetoConnect (dot) net, and asking them. They're pretty responsive there, and on their YouTube channel, as well. They've done loads of experimenting, and seem to have come up with lots of solutions.
