Sunday: Slept well but cat was upset about something and mewed quite often, not wanting out. ??? Did well on my semi-fast . I will be continuing today. No movement with the scale since last week. Very disheartining...No gain tho. But I am very encouraged because I know I can do this. This journey is tough...after what i did the last three years...(Get my bachelors degree at age 56 in clinical laboratory science) I am ready for this. I can do this too... one day at a time....
