Monday: Well I weighed in this AM, and 6 lbs down. I am very suspisious??? well I did semi fast and clense for a day and took a water pill. I am concerned this is all water. In which case I really need to watch my salt intake. In any case I expect the scale to MESS with me If I weigh in often this week. So I will try not to weigh in until next monday.

Don't be suspicious, Carolyn. Take it happily. Water is good and really important. But watching your salt intake is smart too. I noticed today that my protein shake contributes largely to my salt intake. Sheesh.

It does sound like a HUGE loss, but take it regardless! Were you able to reach this much of a low when you started? :) Congrats! - of course, be prepared to give a little of it back, and not be completely bummed out if it happens. :) Weight fluctuates, whether we like it or not.

Thanks guys...I did weigh twice..but Im am still not holding out for and big loss this week. It would be simple if it just went down 1 pound a week...
