Tried really hard all day yesterday
Avoided all the roast potatoes, yorshires and wine. Kept on the move all day, including 3.5 hrs ironing
Down 0.2 lbs Foot still swelling when I try to cycle/walk/stand for too long Still waiting for theatre slot to have nerve ablation on my back
Meeting at work today with my union rep, manager and hr to discuss my hours and changes to my job related to my disability. Government organisation "access to work" says I need flexible hours, but our occ health dept says I don't 😔 Been awake since 3am worrying and in pain. Getting fed up fighting, feels like I'm battling the tide.nervous knots in my stomach and just want today to be over.. I suppose at least I'm not stress eating 😔
