The thing is to don't get discouraged. Know why your doing what your doing and keep that in your mind. If you mess up and fall remember you won't be able to move forward if you don't get up.
Take baby steps, set short term goals, medium level ones then long term. Write them down. It's a know fact that if we write our goals down and place them some where visible we will hold our self accountable to them.
Everyone's body is made differently what might work for someone does not mean that it will work for the next person. You have to find what type of body composition are you, the activity lvl you are, and then calculate your calorie intake.
What I found out was that most of the calculators are incorrect for me most of them calculate my calorie intake at almost 3k. I'm currently at about 1800 or so. I'm doing 20% carbs, 45 % protein, 35% fat. When I did 1600 I lost about 1 lb a week. Lastly prayers went out to give you strength.
