Well Emilygu, you are normal, whatever that is. lol We all go up and down and weighing daily, sometimes frustrates us at times, especially when the scales don't show any loss and sometimes it shows gains.
We do build muscles when we work-out, so that could be what is going on, but the good thing is that with muscle comes smaller bodies. Don't make sense, but it is true. Muscle weighs more than fat, just look in a store at a lean piece of meat, compared to a fatty piece. The lean piece with weigh more. You will do OK, just keep on taking it One Day at a Time, and you will see the results you want.
